Should I opt for a hosted plan or a plan without hosting?+
A hosted plan is a great start for customers who don’t want to spend time setting up their website in WordPress (installing the theme, buying and setting up the hosting etc.) while if you are continuously building multiple websites the bundle option that comes without hosting may be a more cost-effective solution.
What is a hosted plan?+
With a hosted plan we take care of everything regarding the setup and hosting of your website, you just need to find a new domain name or connect it to an existing one and customize your website content to your preference.
Can I switch themes?+
Sure. If you signed up for a One theme One year plan or the One theme Lifetime plan and you feel like the theme you chose doesn’t suit your needs the best, you can switch to another equally priced theme, free of charge.
Can I use your themes to build websites for clients?+
Sure, you can! If you’re a freelancer or if you run an agency that creates websites for clients, we would suggest you choose All themes Lifetime plan. This plan gives you unlimited access to all our themes so that you can build a number of websites. However, keep in mind that All themes Lifetime plan comes with only one site license. If you want to develop multiple sites using our themes, you will have to get additional site licenses.
Are all your themes responsive?+
Yes, all our themes are fully responsive. Our themes’ content adjusts to all screen sizes 一 from phones to 4K displays and TVs.
How can I be sure that my site is secure with your theme?+
When developing themes, we are committed to writing high-quality, native WordPress code that ensures that our themes are as secure as possible. If you experience any security issues when using our themes, you can count on us to fix the problem(s) in the shortest time possible.
What do you mean when you say “theme updates”?+
As WordPress theme creators, we need to keep up with the changes in the digital world so you can get the a reliable, secure, and high-performance WordPress theme. This means that, for example, whenever there is a new WordPress version, we need to adjust our themes to the change and keep them updated and up and running all the time. When we say “theme updates”, we mean updating our themes for new features, making them WordPress compatible, more secure, etc.
What’s the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org?+
The first thing you need to know is that WordPress is an open-source content management system (CMS), which is based on WordPress.org software.
To create a website using WordPress.org, you need to download the software, choose a website hosting provider (and install it on a web server). This is the reason why WordPress.org is commonly mentioned as “the self-hosted WordPress”.
WordPress.com is based on the WordPress.org but doesn’t require installing the software and self-hosting. You can sign up for WordPress.com right this second and have your website working immediately.

Which plan should I choose?+
We would advise you to choose a plan that matches your needs the best.
Themes Kingdom offers four plans 一 One Theme One Year plan, One Theme Lifetime plan, All Themes One Year plan, and All Themes Lifetime plan. Out of all these plans, the most popular is the third one, which gives you yearly access to all themes, updates, usage license (both personal and commercial), and premium support.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
You can buy Themes Kingdom themes using your PayPal account or any major credit card.
Keep in mind that our prices are VAT inclusive, which means that you’ll always pay the advertised price that’s stated on our website.
Do you offer discounts? If you do, how can I get one?+
Sure, we do! We offer 10% off your first purchase when you subscribe to our newsletter. If you click on the Discounts page, you’ll see that we also offer 30% off our themes to students and non-profit organizations. Apart from these discounts, we offer discounts and promotions for the holidays and anniversaries (like Themes Kingdom birthday) that we like to celebrate.
What’s your refund policy?+
We offer a full refund for the first 14 days after purchase. If you would like your money back, just send us an email to support@themeskingdom.com, with a description of your problem and request for a refund.
What if I can’t log into my account?+
If you are having trouble logging into your account, you should reset your password. You can do it by clicking the button Forgot password?. Once you enter your username or email address, you will receive an email that will contain a link to create a new password. Please check your Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
If you know your password but you are unable to login, you can try deleting your browser cache and cookies and then logging in again. If this problem persists, please send us an email to support@themeskingdom.com, and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible. Bear in mind that deleting cookies will log you out of all sites, which means that you will have to enter your username and password if you want to log in again.
How do I cancel Themes Kingdom account?+
Theoretically speaking, you can’t cancel your account 一 your account will be canceled as soon as your subscription expires. You can, however, request that we delete your Themes Kingdom account. If you would like to delete your account, notify us via email support@themeskingdom.com, and we’ll do so as soon as possible.
I have installed the theme, but the demo importing process is not working. How can I start the process?+
The Demo Importer will start only after you install and activate the child theme. Demo Importer will not work with the installed and activated parent theme.
Will Demo Importer delete my existing content?+
No, Demo Importer will just add demo content to the existing content, without deleting the content you have previously added.
I accidentally closed Demo Importer, and now the demo importing process has stopped. How can I restart the process?+
If you clicked the Return to dashboard option (that closed the Demo Importer), you could restart the Demo Importer by visiting yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=merlin (yourdomain.com being the URL of your site).
If, however, you clicked on the Skip this step link, the Demo Importer could not be restarted without resetting the current installation.
Can I remove Themes Kingdom mention from the footer? How can I do so?+
Sure you can!
All you need to do is navigate to Appearance → Customizer → CSS editor and insert the following CSS code:

I cannot add or edit my portfolio projects 一 the whole Portfolio item is missing from my admin panel. How do I add the Portfolio item?+
The reason why this is happening is, most likely, that the Jetpack plugin is not installed and/or activated.
To check whether the Jetpack plugin is installed and activated, go to Plugins → Installed Plugins.
If it is installed and activated, go to the Jetpack option in the admin panel (you can find it under yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/) and click the Set up Jetpack button. After the Jetpack plugin is all set up, go to Jetpack → Settings → Writing and turn on Portfolio post type.
If the plugin is not installed or activated, be sure to install it and go through all the previously mentioned steps. If you need help with Jetpack installation and activation, feel free to check out this post.

What happens when my plan expires?+
When your plan expires, you lose access to new themes, theme updates, and our support. You may continue using the theme or themes that you have already downloaded for a lifetime if you signed up for one of our Lifetime plans, or a year if you chose one of our One year plans.
Can I use one theme for life?+
Sure, if you sign up for our One Theme Lifetime plan.
How can I switch to another plan?+
If you want to switch to another plan, all you need to do is send an email to support@themeskingdom.com, and we’ll help you do so.
How can I get an invoice for my purchase?+
If you want to get an invoice for your purchase, please send an email to support@themeskingdom.com. The email should contain information about your company, as well as your order number.
Keep in mind that Themes Kingdom invoices international clients and accepts only payments made in USD.
How do I create an account?+
The first step is to take a look at our WordPress themes and decide which ones do you like the most. Once you pick the perfect theme for your website, you can choose one of the four pricing plans. After you decide, you click the Buy now button and you are redirected to a page where you will be able to add the necessary information to create your account. You’ll get a password delivered right to your inbox. And that’s it 一 your account has been created!
